And in keeping with the festive-mood-to-come the Quickn'Dirty Recipe of the week is Egg Nog!
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Rum or Bourbon (to taste)
4 cups Cream/Milk/Half & Half
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
I distinctly remember saying something to the effect of "Just blend, chill, and enjoy!"
Unfortunately due to a bout of end-of-term insanity I failed to mention some key points, such as order of operations for making said Egg Nog. I have misinformed you, dear listener, "jus' mix allll that !@#$ together" is NOT (this is a disclaimer) I repeat, NOT how to make egg nog. At least, not the heavenly fluffy variety of nog you'd like to have in your glass.
